Dear Chamber Member,

As a relatively new Chamber Member, we are, like you, totally committed to the economic progress of our region. We especially want our fellow Members to be successful and this letter is therefore intended to offer Members Only benefits not available to anyone else.

Penn Center is the exciting office campus overlooking the 2600 block of North Third St. in uptown Harrisburg. Over $16 million in redevelopment has been accomplished in our 290,000 sq. ft. of space, with 83,000 sq. ft. now in ready-to-move-in status. Our on-site Meeting Place easily handles tenant (and non-tenant) meetings, training classrooms and events. There is plenty of on-site parking with none of the traffic and parking congestion and higher parking costs that exist elsewhere. Situated just over a mile from downtown, we have easy access to all major routes and the three Interstates and are on a CAT bus route.

This is a state-of-the-art facility has separate security-controlled entrances, Class A Voice & Data Technology, energy-efficiency installations, full handicap-accessibility, storage space on and off-site, landscaped exteriors and a full menu restaurant next door.  We are above the 500 year floodplain and the office campus has never been touched by flooding. Next door and close-by are such iconic sites ad the Scottish Rite Cathedral, Zembo Mosque, Italian Lake, Riverfront Park, Dixon University Center and the State System or Higher Education.
If and when you need office space,
we make available, to Chamber Members only:
  • First two months are free for all leased space​
  • 5% discount on rent costs thereafter
  • 25% discount on use of any rooms in the Meeting Place
  • Up to 10 reserved parking spaces on-site at no cost
We can renovate to suit all tenant needs and will design any tenant's space plan at no cost! What's more, the owners' office and full-time maintenance staff are on-site. No absentee owners or delayed responses here!
